All entries and payments are due by August 16, 2024
All youth entry worksheets must be completed, printed and submitted to your AST/CEA. In addition, each exhibitor indemnity form and W9 must be signed electronically for entry to be considered complete. AST/CEA IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAIL ALL COMPLETED YOUTH ENTRY WORKSHEETS WITH PAYMENT, IN ADDITION TO ENTERING AND OR/APPROVING ENTRIES ONLINE
